Only had time for a quick workout today. Given that, I wanted to work hard, so I did part of a Zwift race. It was in Watopia, and up into the volcano, including the volcano KOM (King Of the Mountain).

I didn’t realize the race would be uphill nearly the entire way, but it worked out well—I pushed hard, while still focusing on form and staying relaxed, even during a (somewhat) tense event like a Zwift race.

All in all, got some good work in, and in a short time. Did less than half the race, but time ran out, and it felt good.
